Jackson, MI is my hometown. in 2014, a $14,000 proposition to update the water tower with a plain, Arial font design outraged the city. A community-driven Facebook page was started that led to a contest. Inspired by the Cascade Falls, I submitted my entry and received over 800 votes. Unfortunately, city council decided it would cost too much, and moved forward with the runner-up. Jacksonopolis.com recently expressed interest in buying the design and making t-shirts.
